Swedish rider suspended
Swedish jumping rider Sofia Kroon has been suspended for 15 months by Sweden's Equestrian Federation after two of her horses tested positive for a banned substance.
The horses were found to have been treated with pain-relieving substances before a show in Helsingborg, Sweden, in February.
The Swedish Equestrian Federation President Bo Helander called the suspension “an important decision for showjumping” and “a clear message from the disciplinary board”.
