The Quintas de Óbidos SA team has won a prestigious Home Overseas award in the ‘Off-Plan Top 20’ category in recognition of its excellent project design, amenities and marketing for its exclusive development of 79 private villas on the Silver Coast in Portugal.
The Homes Overseas Awards reward the very best in the world and introduced the new ‘Off-Plan Top 20’ category due to popular demand and the sheer quality of some of the off-plan developments being marketed around the world. Among the judging criteria were the development concept, infrastructure, architecture and design, location and amenities, as well as the financial robustness of the scheme, particularly important in today’s financial climate.
