Marcus Ehning in pole position in Lyon

Nº 1 of the FEI World Rankings, German Marcus Ehning on the 13 year old Oldenburg stallion Sandro Boy, claimed the Grand Prix GL Events at Lyon (France) with a double clear round in 45,18s, faster than his compatriot Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum on Shurtterfly by 0.50 that settled for second place. Twenty five year old Simon Delestre from France riding Inedite de Balme was third by 1,05s.

48 starters, 17 of whom went clear and 6 were faultless at the jump off.
