Last Sunday morning Moorland Stables announced the birth of the first foal of Totilas.
The foal is a beautiful dark-brown mare, with a beautiful elegant head and high legs. The mother is the elite sport mare Moorlands Sajouti (Clavecimbel x Flamingo) who is very successful in the dressagesport with rider Laura Visser.
Last year they became champion in the Z2. The foal is born at the University clinic for animals in Utrecht. “They did a very good job last year with the insemination of the mares. Therefore we thought it would be wise to bring the mare in her last period back to the clinic. It is very special to breed a foal of Totilas and we are very happy that everything went well.
The name of the foal is Moorlands Guinevere”, said Moorland Stables.
