Father Christmas receives parking ticket

A Father Christmas impersonator has been handed a parking ticket in New York.

Chip Cafiero was handing out toys from his horse-drawn carriage to children when an attendant dished out the fine. The offence was for an SUV following Santa in order to protect the horse.

“This grinch just went ahead and fined me,” said 60-year-old Cafiero.
