Atlantic Tour: British riders dominated most classes this week-end

British riders continued accumulating victories this week end at the Atlantic Equestrian Tours 2007, with Geoff Luckett aboard the ten year old KWPN Pjort winning the Grand Prix with a double clear round a clocking the best time 44,24s.

Luckett won five classes out of the nine classed jumped this week end.

About 30 combinations braved the constant rain at Herdade da Comporta, and jumped the Grand Prix course (1,40m) designed by Bob Ellis. Seven combinations had a clear round and went through to the jump off. Only 3 combinations had a double clear.

In the two phase class, Geoff Luckett on Marleen claimed victory and with Robin was sencond. Marion Hughes from

Ireland riding Ping Pong was third.
