Victory for Thomas Frühmann and Sixth Sense in Hannover

Austria's Thomas Fruhmann on The Sixth Sense raced to in the TUI Grand Prix (1.55m), in Hannover, the penultimate class in the Riders Tour series.

Thirty six combinations took on the 13 fence, 16 effort 1st round course and the top 10 qualified for the 7 fence, 8 effort 2nd round. There were 4 double clears and the winner was the last to go, Thomas Fruhmann on The Sixth Sense, adding the title and 30,000 euros to his impressive list of Grand Prix victories in the last two seasons. His time was 0.15 quicker than that of Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum on Checkmate (11 year-old gelding by Contender) who was rewarded with 22,000 euros. 3rd was Markus Fuchs on Nirmette and 4th Marcus Ehning on Sandro Boy.
