The Swedish born naturalised Brazilian equestrian star Pia Aragão has won for the fourth consecutive year, the Brazilian Olympic Prize as “The Sports Personality of the Year 2006”. The prize is a tribute to her excellent results in national and international dressage events during the year.
Pia rides the pure bred lusitano Nirvana Interagro (property of Interagro), the first lusitano to claim the Brazilian Dressage Title in 2005 and 2006.
This initiative is sponsored by the Brazilian Olympic Committee, and is attributed to sportsmen and women who have excelled in national and international events during the year.
