Niack de L'Abbaye sold to Ukraine
Niack de L'Abbaye, ridden by James Paterson-Robinson and owned by Ger Poels Horses has been sold to the Ukraine.
Niack de L'Abbaye and James Paterson-Robinson and owned by Ger Poels Horses represented Australia at the 2010
World Equestrian Games (team 7th), 2010 Lummen CSIO4*- Nations’ Cup where the team placed 2nd also in 2010 the
combination won the 2010 Geesteren Grand Prix CSI4*. At the 2011 Nations’ Cup in Wellington, Florida, James and
Niack jumped one of only two double clear rounds (the other was McLain Ward on Sapphire).
Unfortunately, Australia has now lost three of its top team jumping horses in the past 12 months, (Ashleigh Drossel
Dan, Vivant and Niack de L’Abbaye).
New Zealand also lost their star performer this week with Katie McVean selling her show jumping mare Dunstan Delphi.
Hopefullly, James can find himself another horse before next year's the selection events!
