Jos Lansink new ambassador to Al Kaheel

In September 2006, Jos Lansink confirmed his international superstardom by being crowned the new Champion of the World in Equestrian Jumping. In a sport closely followed by millions of enthusiasts around the globe, the name Jos Lansink already dominated the crème de la crème of show jumping, having garnered such presigious titles as Olympic Gold medal Winner in Barcelona; World Cup and European Champion and over 40 Grand Prix titles around the world including the definitive Grand Prix's of Galgary and Aachen – an event that attracted over 570.000 visitors during the 2006 World Championships held here.

The World Champion title will remain with Jos Lansink, as well as his World Champion horse Cumano, for at least four years until the next World Championships in Kentucky, USA in 2010

Such hot property does not make itself easily available – however, Dubai based Equine Management compay Al Kaheel has managed to harness the prestige and recognition synonymous with this world-class athlete by striking a lucrative deal with the Belgian luminary as Ambassador to the unique Al Kaheel development, scheduled for completion in mid 2009.

The four year sponsorship encompasses every aspect of Jos' participation before, during and after events with co-operation in televised appearances and name of logo representation on a plethora of items intrinsic to show-jumping – competition clothing for Jos, his team and staff, saddle rugs, horse blankets, horse truck, websites etc.
Additonally, the key feature of sponsorship will be official registration of the Al Kaheel brand to the names of each of the team's horses; an exclusivity approved by the International Equestrian Federation. As such, World Champion horse “Cumano” will acquire the official moniker “Al Kaheel Cumano”.
