Harrie Smolders repeats his victory at the Small Class Competition

The second day at CSI Madrid 2007 started with Dutch Harrie Smolders aboard Indiana winning the Small Class Competition of the day in a 26.21 seconds time without penalty. Luís Sabino Gonçalves from Portugal on In cghala d'en Haut was second followed by Michel Hecart and Thats Life.

Álvaro de Miranda Neto claims the Medium class

The Brazilian rider Álvaro de Miranda Neto riding AD Peanuts won for the second time the Medium Class Competition of the day and claimed a purse of a 2,5000 euros prize. In second place was the Mexican Jaime Azcárraga who rode Forastero. The Australian rider Edwina Alexander with Islovas Sócrates ended in the third place.

The “Puissance” for Whitaker and Schrorder

In front of a crowded audience at the Club de Campo de Madrid Arena british, Robert Whitaker and the Dutch, Gerco Schroder won the Puissance Competition. Whitaker and Schroder reached a 2,15 meters long obstacle with Finbarr V and Eurocommerce Acapulco respectively. They earned each 7,000 euros in prize money.
